Does the red raspberry leaf tea have to be hot???? I'm not a hot tea type of person but I'll drink it cold.. Will it still be effective?

really depends on your taste. I don't like mine too sweet so I add about 3/4 cup of sugar. I don't always measure it.

no you can make it iced. to get a good brew make it with hot water to soak the bags in and then add your sweetner and mix in lots of ice. I make ice tea and I brew 10 tea bags in four cups of hot water for about 10 minutes then add my sugar and then 6 cups of ice. makes 2 qts once half the ice melts.
