I had my waters broken during my first pregnancy. I've got a tilted uterus and I remember it hurting me. mind you inwas only 18 at the time. it wasn't the actual waters breaking itself that hurt it was the midwife trying to push up far enough to reach it - due to my tilt. @meadraven
