Always up to what makes you comfortable! If you want to set it up now I say go for it!

i had my bassinet ip when i was about 12 weeks lol i just have to wash the bedding stuff on it

I don't think its ever too early. especially if you have other children that have to get used to the idea of a baby coming

my babies basinett has been up since I turned 20 weeks lol
