I hope it clears up. They are the worst. If destitin doesn't help in a few days i recommend triple paste, my daughter had a rash that nothing would clear up and that worked in a day!

@samijoy, I use this it works great or I the best other choice is triple paste, that destitin doesn't work and burns.
