how do u mommas deal with frustration. my 9 month old was sick for 2 weeks. she is still a little bit congested. she is also fighting sleep. I feel bad because I put her in her crib and let her cry for a while. she was fed, changed and had Tylenol. I litterally got so mad that I accidentally yelled at her. she didn't cry but I did. I also am having bad mood swings and I'm always angry. I have an appt on Friday with the dr.
