If you get more than 6 per hour it could be preterm labor @vannah try to drink lots of water it should help. But when it happened to me I was advised to go to L&D by my doctor I was 31 weeks at the time and it was preterm labor, they had to stop my contractions. Not trying to scare you just letting you know what happened to me since you're having them a lot.
