if it is formula start off with 2oz

with breast milk it's different and you can feed them til they're full

but formula is thicker so 2oz it's good

My son was drinking 45ml but he was also born 6 weeks early so he probably would have drank more if he was born on his due date

start with 2oz that's what they told me at the hospital as well. even though the baby will not drink the whole 2oz .
