Period cramps x10 unless you have a high pain tolerance then it may not feel that bad my first labor they weren't that bad until I got to 9 1/2 cms and I didn't know that until I got to the hospital

What do you mean real lol Braxton hicks are Braxton hicks they're false labor pains but real BH they feel like cramps a little duller than real contractions but they still hurt

I just asked this same question. Idk if I'm having them or not. Someone told me really bad period cramps
