Question: The first day of my last period was April 21... I did not have sex until April 30. All the apps I have say I'm 4 weeks... am I really only 3 weeks because of when I had sex? ☺

It goes by your last period because it goes by when you *probably* ovulated.

The apps count from the first day of your last period meaning the first two weeks you're not even pregnant yet. Your baby is technically 2 weeks but the way pregnancy months are calculated you're 4 weeks.

The math is most accurate based off the day of your last period not the date of conception :)
