@ilovemykids24, I haven't got checked if I was dilated 😢 it's my lower back it feels like stabbing pain

I would go to L and D to see what they say. Do you know if your water has broke? If you know FOR SURE it hasn't then you can take a warm back to relieve some pain (that's what I did)

That's how my delivery was with my son. Even after my epidural! Felt like I was shitting out a bowling ball

back labor is no joke!!! I had it with both my kids. Hoping this little one goes easy on me this time lol
