It's not hard and it's not easy. it takes dedication. and it takes time and patience. people just tend to give up really easy when they get frustrated.

With my 1st I was only able to feed for 3 months due to horrible milk supply no matter what I tried. But with my 2nd daughter I was able to feed and pump when I went back to work with no problem I only stopped when I got pregnant again cause it caused to much cramping.

The first couple weeks were hard, but we got into a routine that worked for us. Definitely does take patience and dedication.

The first month is hard and painful but u honestly just have to stick thru it 😩 nipple shields really helped me the first month. Ur suppose to use them if u have a flat nipple but u also can for soreness and they were life savers!
