So I just lost my mucus plug and about ten minutes after that I had a contraction. About 20 minutes later I had another really strong contraction with a bad hot flash and I couldn't talk through it. And then a normal contraction 22 minutes later. Are hot flashes with contractions a sign of labor? I don't even remember losing my mucus plug with my other two girls so I don't know if any of this is a sign of labor. I was dilated to a 1 on Monday.
