OK I recently moved here and the only high risk dr I could get to is at OSU and I just don't know how I feel about delivering at the teaching hospital ?! thanks @amonakiej

Haha hey I'm a nursing student, teaching hospitals aren't that bad!! They don't let us do anything without confirmation of 2 doctors. Let them watch haha its such a great experience for us.

@rmreed, I'm all for that don't get me wrong (i should of given you background story lol)its just my last pregnancy I delivered via emergency csection at a teaching hospital in the city we used to live in and it was the worst experience of my life I don't even think the entire story will fit but due to whatever was going on that day there I never seen a Dr and the student residents or whatever cut on me you can tell like three people cut on me and at first they went to send me home and all monitors started beeping all I remember is them grabbing the bed pulling it out of room and my I.v got ripped out then I had be chocked to put to sleep and they started before the Dr got there it was just horrible and I don't mind them watching gaining experience that's great but no touching me please lol

Haha yeah I've heard some rough things!! it's a shame but do what's right for you and your baby girl!

@ashsmith91 that is fun I tried water birth with my first and it didn't work out for me. i wish you the best good luck ! how did you like riverside ?

It was okay. they did their job. just make sure to room in baby. don't rely on nursery they never brought my baby in to breastfeed so I walked down there many times

oh wow! @ashsmith91 I will be delivering at OSU this time around I only got a few weeks left and being high risk I guess its not smart to switch all that last minute!

lol osu is good. I'm going there but I know a few others who have. just tell them to keep the students out of your room, it's optional, last I checked

that's good to hear @ashsmith91 I had to go there for first time a couple weeks ago for preeclampsia and they didn't a have me in right bed so had put a bed pan under my butt and three students checked my cervix it was horrible I'm telling them I have a tilted high cervix and they would of known had they read my chart! I complained to my doctor because I really like the doctors at OSU and he assured me I wouldn't go through that again just getting close and thinking about my last pregnancy has me all paranoid girl lol
