Anyone who has had preeclampsia, did your headaches start before or after the blood pressure raise?

I actually went in for my 39wk check up and the doctor told me I had preeclampsia for the first time, and when I thought about it 2 days before the appointment I had a bad headache the whole day and a small one the next 😕

I have history of preeclampsia. With my daughter I didn't have headaches... But I've had a wicked headache for awhile now... My blood pressure was a little high but not considered hypertension... @mommybump2016

I would mention the headaches to your doctor and also do they collect a pee sample at every appointment?

Yes, I've been going in weekly for NST and lab work... They just changed it to 2x a week because my numbers were a little high today. I have had proteinuria for quite sometime, we've just been waiting for my bp to rise and I'm thinking it might be right around the corner... @mommybump2016
