I am here to reach out. I love what I do. I now have passion to help others get to where they want to be in their health. Ever heard of Beachbody? Insanity? P90X3? Well I am a Coach! It is getting out of your funk and finally doing it. Getting out of your comfort zone! I am 9 months PP and started P90X3 Feb. (5 months pp) my results below! I am now helping my sister who is 3 months pp doing Insanity with her. I did not have training or knowledge prior to Beachbody! You can do this! We all start somewhere.
