I think I read somewhere that you can feel it as early as 12 weeks with your second, third, fourth etc.

yep around this time. I'm pregnant with my 4th. I'm 12 weeks now and have been feeling flutters for about a week now. Cant wait for some good kicks and squirms

I'm on my third and I couldn't really feel her till about two weeks ago and ill be 23 weeks on Sunday. but she is real low.. with my boys they were higher and I felt every move starting at 13 weeks
