Anyone else experience an increase in heartburn towards the end of their pregnancy? I've been…

my heart burn has gotten almost unbearable. I've had it my whole pregnancy but over the past week it's gotten awful I laid in bed last night wanted to cry it was so bad

@tlackamp, I'm sorry to hear that! Heartburn is terrible! I was awake all night because nothing was helping

@abonneau, I've been having terrible heartburn at night..one thing I've noticed is its good to find out which foods cause your heartburn and avoid them completely also my midwife recommended I sleep half up like in a hospital bed it's helped me so far so I'm not laying down completely and I've been avoiding food that trigger my heartburn which help.

@lizzib00, I hadn't thought of sleeping half up, I will try that thank you! I normally drink apple juice and have recently been drinking a lot of orange juice, do you think that could cause an increase in heartburn?

@abonneau, it might..for me orange juice is a trigger for vomiting but try cutting it out for a day and seeing if anything change if it doesn't I would continue to drink it also avoid maybe drinking juices before bed could possibly help I hope that your heartburn gets better tho I was also having acid reflux with mine so I'm glad I'm starting to be able to get some rest at night and i hope you can get some rest soon without bad heartburn

@kvanpage21, that's a lie lol. I've had heartburn with all my pregnancies and my other 3 were all born bald as could be lol.. This is our last so I'm hoping he has some hair at least but I'm not holding my breath lol

@lizzib00, thank you so much! I'm glad to hear your acid reflux is getting better. I've already had some orange juice this morning but I'll drink water exclusively for the rest of the day and see how I'm feeling this evening 🙂

@kvanpage21, @tlackamp I didn't experience heartburn my first pregnancy or any symptoms for that matter so this pregnancy everything feels so new to me lol

it's true I had heart burn with all my kids and they came out with head full of hair and. I stay with it for him

My daughter had no hair and I had no heartburn with her so I'll see this time around :)
