In need of advice... I haven't stopped cramping for the past 12 hrs.. it's not super strong pains but just enough to wake me up and keep me up for awhile until I can push it away. Is this nomal?

Yes lower back has been hurting all night. I have some type of bleeding this weekend but not a lot to go to the er... more like spotting but in a line.
