You kind of have to do it when they get here, they are usually a little backwards. First 2 nights in hospital is when I started, takes them a few days about 7, but then I think your good to go. I don't believe in letting them be on they own schedule unless you wana go crazy, that's just me though.
My first while pregnant with her I sleep through the whole night except to pee of course but for the most part no late night snacks but every morning around 5am I would be up starving and ready to eat so I would then back to sleep till 10 am. Once baby girl came she slept through the night up around 5am for a feeding then back to sleep till 10am. What I experienced idk if it was luck or a what but your habits while pregnant play a role into their natural schedule good luck!!

ughhh i so dont wanna go off my babys schedule because from the looks of it he up all night and sleeps all day
