I did once. made my heart race super fast and I did not enjoy the feeling so I threw out the whole bottle after one pill. but everyone is different. talk to your doc about the health benefits and hazards towards it

I agree with @nessa_475 it's like drinking a gallon of espresso. I thought my heart would burst and I'd die of a heart attack. Then it's addicting, if I didn't take it I'd get headaches. Don't do it!
