Has anybody heard of or done waist training? Exactly what is it?? haha I don't understand what it is or does but I seriously need to tighten back up. I don't want to loose weight just tighten

Just start with waist shapers or high underwear. Research material that'll be better suited for toning the tummy. I'm currently still looking else I would mention something.

Ah okay lol I thought you mean the waist trainers that are like corsets. I don't think the hospital ones are called waist trainers though.

Mine is one that the hospital gave me to help the uterus and organs go back into their regular places @sarinunez

I would get a sweat band, not a waist trainer. They are really bad for your health and actually push your organs closer together. Its not something you should wear to workout, since it compresses your ribs and makes you get out of breath faster. Google dr. oz and waist trainers. @mamesey Not to be a Debbie downer, I just wouldn't want you ladies to go through any of that.

Okay! So you have to exercise while using it haha I was confused like how does it tighten by just wearing something tight lol. Makes sense now @mamesey

You wear a waist trainer and that's pretty much it lol. It's tight and pulls your waist in. You should obviously exercise while doing it too but yep!
