i conceived 1 month ago today and I'm 6 weeks and 3 days so dose that mean anything

that means some math is off there..

my last period was April 10th

the health department told me i conceived April 24th and i am 6 weeks

Yeah you conceive 2 weeks after your period technically. But they include the 2 weeks ! if you went to a calculator some ppl do to get their "conceived" date and typed in the dates it would be accurate !

what do you mean?? your still 6 weeks ! the doctors go off the first day of your last period still regardless

Your due date is give or take 2 weeks. once you get a ultrasound they will measure the baby to get a accurate due date.
