Is she upset about not being the baby anymore? I know that 2 year olds can go through a troublesome stage. Does she sleep in her own room? Maybe she feels left out? x

I think sometimes they take some time to get use to a new sibling. Have you got her involved in nappy changes? feeds? baths? x

He is a bit young for baths yet :) but i topped and tailed my daughter until she was 2 weeks old :) as her cord fell off at 10 days :) I gave her a little cotton wool bath :) x

All of suggest is that you try your best to spend alone time with her when you can. I know it's really hard with s baby but 15 minutes playing together hoes s long way. It may work well just before bed so that she's settling knowing you had fun together. Otherwise she will adapt, may be a waiting game. You can only do your best Hun x

she's going through the transition from only child to one of two. it's a natural thing all children do it. like the girls have said involving her with little jobs with the baby and then spending some quality time with her when you can doing what she wants to will help her. it will take time :-) x

my son was terrified of our daughter at first for about 10 days he would cry and freak out if they had an physical contact. The rest of the time he just acted like she didn't exist...like literally didn't acknowledge her presence at all lol.

I just ignored it and let him get on with it. I never tried to force him to help out with her or pay her attention. when people came over they would always go on at him about 'is that your sister? Look at your sister. ' blah blah. pretty much just always trying to make him acknowledge her. I would tell them to stop. eventually get slowly started taking more interest and then loving her in secret lol and now she's 4 months they are the best of friends. he's always kissing her and doing things to make her laugh
