Mine was 137 the other day

@tarateller2010, that's high? I told my husband mines was high from the charts on Google, but the pharmacy just checked his which was 171 and said his was normal.

@kelseys, @momof3and1ontheway but I had just got the best news ever they told me I was having a boy haha my BP was 137/83 and my heart rate was 112

@momof3and1ontheway, that's what the bp monitor box says, but it also says that if either top or bottom number is higher than the 120 or 80, then its high. but I'm new to checking it and the numbers.

My doctor said anything from 120/80 to 130/90 is considered pre-high and anything after that is high

yours is fine mine was that the other days it's in normal rang if the bottom is above 90 and the top is above 140 it's high

that's pretty normal. My ob didn't worry until my BP got 178/94 then I was put on meds and its under control

The nurses in the hospital told me anything over /110 is high. I went in with 177/122 and had preeclampsia

No that's normal. 120/80 is the standard normal blood pressure give or take a few. If your bottom number is higher than 110 and/or your top higher than 140, then you should be worried. Your numbers are normal and nothing to worry about. (I know this because I worked in a nursing home as a CNA for 2 years.)
