Yes you can hun, I use mine all the time as I have issues with my spine so my back pain is quite intense and sometimes daily, since being pregnant I can't use the medications I was prescribed and paracetamol doesn't even touch it, the only thing that sometimes helps to ease the pain is the hot water bottle xx

It's fine if it's wrapped in a towel I've heard ^_^ xxx
