@gingermama, I just feel like there is nothing else I can do. I've been doin epo but not vaginally its to hard to do that, bouncing on a ball, squats stair climbing ect it's like nothing is helping. I've had a few spots of blood when I wipe an people say it's the cervix changing but idk what that means

Your cervix is beginning to dialate. It means its starting to open. Keep using the ball, bounce on it gently to make the baby put pressure downward. Walk around a lot. If you do have stairs, stomp up and down them instead of walking lightly, it encourages baby to move down. Take evening primrose, you can find it was a gell pill vitamin at walmart, it will help the cervix soften. Sex, and letting the man finish inside will also soften the cervix. Semen has something in it that does that.

If however you have bright red blood instead of brownish, get checked to make sure nothing is wrong. Even so, they can also check your cervix for you.

@gingermama, I've only spotted twice. Once had 3 drops the other had 2. I've been doing like lunges going up the stairs, an been trying to stay up right so gravity will help baby move down. I'm just hoping she comes soon idk how long I can wait.

@gingermama, idw go over. If baby is on the big side when I do my growth scan my St wants to talk about inducing me. The last month I've been having horrible pains walking ect an I can't stand it most time I can't get out of bed to pee without wanting to cry

@gingermama, lol yeah. My dr said if he wants to be as hands off as possible, cause if I haven't dilated more an not progressing he doesn't wanna induce me an risk me having a c section. So Tuesday I have a growth scan to see if she is is bigger than we want (due to me having gd) an I'm just been trying everything to get her to come so I don't have to wait. Like I have a lot of signs that labor is near like weird signs but idk if signs are even accurate😔😕
