I let my baby lick ranch dressing off of a carrot and now her face is red. she didn't eat much and she's had it before and she's also had carrots(baby food) before. should I be worried or take her to a Dr.? she isn't showing any signs of allergic reaction and she's acting fine just red on her mouth cheeks and chin...

it just looks like her face has been rubbed and it turned red. it could be a rash. I'll wait and call if it doesn't go away. thank you!!!

it may have irri tated her little skin....is she developing a little rash on her face? that could be an allergic reaction and I would call her pediatrician if it doesn't go away in about an hour.

@kaydensmommy26, my 3 year old gets red if ranch gets on his face too!! If I wipe it off right away the red goes away in a few minutes!! Same with cinnamon as well!
