So moms, I want to figure out how to get my baby to sleep independently.
Here's the story: she's 8m, a co-sleeper, and DOES NOT fall asleep unless she's nursing

Is there anything I could try to get her to fall asleep on her own?

I'm in no rush, I love all our time together but I have to disrupt my day 4x to get her to take a nap. I feel like most of my day is spent in my bed.

Seems simple enough. Thank you

The reason she isn't sleeping is because she's all over the place and becoming overtired. My son stands in his bed when he's not sleepy enough. Sometimes when he is sleepy. Just lower the bed and leave it at that. She's going to do that. Make sure to out her down when she gets really sleepy but not actually sleep.

@junesmommy15, she used to have a tight schedule now her sleep pattern is all over the place. And when she's in her crib she stands up... What can I do to prevent that

Put her on a schedule. Two naps a day firstly. Secondly, you're going to have to put her in her own bed and walk away.
