Been to the midwife and had a membrane sweep done! What should I be expecting? Could my bubba make…

I. hadn2 done the first one I got my show and my contractions started but irregular I then had another one on the Thursday where my contractions got more tense and I started to dilate . good ycj hope things happen fast for you:)

I have already been having niggles since the day before yesterday! But today I don't really have that much pain even after sweep. Yes this is my first baby. I super hope things would speed up too I have been ready for ages @gemloudow

bless you :). I had irregular contractions for 3 days first sweet Tuesday second Thursday went into full labour the Friday and had him Saturday afternoon :) have you got a birth ball? try bouncing on that I so? also I lived on mega hot curry's that week haha :). @micahsmoeder,

the first one I had was super painful but nothing the second one was also painful and been bleeding but that's it have another one scheduled for next Monday xx

@gemloudow, I really wanna buy a gym ball but I don't know what I will use it for after! I already eat really hot food so ther spicy won't work for me :(

@rowansmommy2016, really I didn't know they could also do nothing! I have another one scheduled for next week so hopefully that one does more than this one. Mine also wasn't painful maybe she didn't do it properly?

depends how far back your cervix is mine was really far back so like half her hand went in me sorry TMI.

@mitbh I found the ball helpful nd after it helps with your tummy back to normal.

it doesn't always hurt my 1nd one I just felt pressure no pain and I went into labour pretty soon after x
