So, I'm at work and don't want to scare myself. I just went to the bathroom and wiped and noticed a light blood smear, so of course I'm paranoid and took some toilet paper and inserted it a little, there is blood...it's not bright red and it's not gushing. I'm 6 weeks. Should I start freaking out? (My past miscarriages I have gushed blood)

You should call your dr ... But my dr did say in the beginning light bleeding is ok as long as there is no cramps but I would leave work and go relax and call your dr it isn't worth the risk

Light bleeding in early pregnancy is common, but given your past I would go in to be sure! I probably would go anyway and I would take it easy too just to be on the safe side

I light bleed too for about 3 days then it went away. In the beginning. But I would still to the doctor.
