For mommies with steps in the home how do you deal with them and baby? I know baby gates but what about when they're older and are climbers? I have an extreme climber myself. We usually go with one level homes but is considering one with stairs this time need a little help with advice and what not TIA

I have stairs too. I am going to work on teaching him how to safely go up and down them everyday. We will have a gate when he is tiny, but I am hoping that repeatedly showing him the safe way will work best.

@sam.g, that is a very good idea I just wish my 1 year old wasn't so clumsy or accident prone maybe by the end of the year she'll have it down pack
