prayers please at my doctors office have been have very sharp pain in my back that goes into my upper stomach and I can't keep anything down and my body is shaking was in hospital last night but they sent me home doctor isn't sure whats going on

Since my baby is so low and I’m having trouble walking and sitting down what can the doctors do?? They can feel his head already. I am not having a vaginal birth I’m having a c-section.
