how likely would a judge give 50/50 custody if the dad asks for it? I fear for my daughters safety…

it depends. the judge isn't going to give it just because its asked for. there either has to be proof the he should have it(maybe you're doing something wrong on your part) or that he shouldn't have it(he's negelted child support, doesn't help, criminal record, drugs, abuse, ect)

okay so just because he asks they wont grant it? he has a criminal record and goes out drinking alcohol and driving even when he has his other daughter that he makes his mom watch 24/7 and he's abused me which they have on file when I filed a nco..I hope they can see through his bullshit...@kelseys, kel

most he would get is supervised visitation, or able to take the baby for a few hours or a day, but not 50/50. as long as there's proof then you'll be fine.

depends on the state. he would not get supervised visitations unless hes proven unfit. most likely he will get weekends visitations or every other weekend.

there was a whole nco with all the abuse and threats he thinks since he makes a lot he will get a good lawyer and gee what he wants. @kelseys @cocored55

you never know get a lawyer though it's the best way to protect yourself and baby. ive been there but my bd lost thank god I did have an attorney too best 2000 I ever spent
