I'm an a&e nurse do you get any pain in your back or bottom with the pins and meddle as this is the start of sciatica you will need to have some physio nothing to worry about xx

I get a dead thigh every night when I lay on my side think I'm too heavy now for my thighs haha xx

It's not cramp, it's pins and needles and feels like my leg is going to explode 😩 x

I'm not to sure what causes it but cramp is common in pregnancy. I always get it. I think it's related to circulation x
