You gotta let them know that they don't go un noticed... My husband works full time and then takes care of the kids in his days off (usually weekends) while I work... He takes the kids over his parents sometimes and they criticize him a lot.. I know hes trying his hest to be a good dad.. once in a while you gotta let them know!
