What's for dinner this evening?

We are having cheesey mashed cauliflower, Kale sautéed in bacon, onions and coconut milk and pan seared pork chops with a garlic red wine pan sauce. Smells so good.

QUESTION: Do you wash the bottom of your pots/pans/skillets?

I remember when 1 chicken used to feed us all. Now we actually probably need 3 and I just stretch 2 because this is the biggest pan I got. Good times 😆

Making my own puffs for the kids.... They have to cook for almost 2hrs and this is just one pan... There is probably enough for 5 or 6 pans!! 😳 I needed 2 or 3 ovens!

I hate peeling in bed pans😷😷😷 but it's better than a catheter
