Okay ladies! Im dilated to 4cm and my dr sent me home. Any suggestions on how to get my contractions going good?

i was stuck at a 4 for 6 weeks.. finally made it to 4.5 😂

I had both my boys at 36 weeks. I have a feeling it will be this week. I just need to@guide her out a little bit lol

I was 4cm and had her at 545 that day

I was sent home at 3cm given Ambien and with in 2.5 hours I was at 6cm
