Been there. In the past I've let him sleep for a little bit, then I crawl into bed, cuddle up, and start... hmmm... rubbing. Sorry TMI (?). Sometimes I can then wake him gently enough to do the deed and then we can cuddle for the rest of the night. He's said it feels like a dream fantasy. Good Luck
