Been having this constant back pain for hours and period like cramps but the back pain is worst of all😪I can barely move it has me close to tears😭 I wish this little girl would hurry up⏳⏰

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Anyone have preterm labor? I got this unbearable pain in my back, worse that normal and I have had horrible back pain this whole pregnancy...then I started getting cramps super low in my abdomen...they felt constant but I was in so much pain they I didn't time them or anything. I am in pain . BH, back pain, pelvis pain, increase lightning & Heartburn... I havent had heartburn this pregnancy and its so painful... I'm so miserable 😢😢😢
