every 4 weeks is another month.

being 16 weeks you should be 4 months. you'll be 5 months at 20 weeks 6 months at 24 weeks 7 months at 28 weeks 8 months at 32 weeks 9 months at 36 weeks

I never understood the whole thought of pregnancy going by lunar calendar. You're period and ovulation isn't measured by the lunar calendar, so why would pregnancy?

i thought 18 weeks is 5months? or is that not the lunar calendar calculation? im so confused lol @jc2015

If you go by lunar months, you are 4 months pregnant. Going by lunar months is saying that pregnancy is 10 months long and each month is 4 weeks. If you decide to go by calendar months then you are 3.8 months pregnant because some months have more than 4 weeks"
