It did when I wasn't pregnant! Haha. The work out videos were ok, the trainer kinda bugged me. I had to mix it up with some Zumba. But I really liked the meal plans, it gave me a more realistic look of what my plate/portions should look like!

Oh I see. congratulations by the way. Yea I'm most excited for the meal plans because I'm a horrible eater!!
