My ob is a male and he is great, it's more about the ability of the ob and not the gender of them IMO

I prefer male obs for reasons you stayed .. I just feel like they are more sympathetic and more thorough

I used to prefer a woman until I had one😂 she didn't listen for shit I swear she thought just because she had done it she knew my body more... Switched to a man sure enough I adore him, he caught so many things and is so careful and actually listens

I love my on a woman but there are other doctors that you have to meet just in case she's not on call and I had a male once for one of my appointments. I like them both they always answer ALL of my questions and are very friendly ❤️ maybe try looking up reviews that's usually what I always do for anything.

I prefer a male doc as well...they listen, they are gentle, sympathetic, and very thorough. I have had male doc with small and big hands and I haven't had a problem with neither of them being rough in that area. I guess it depends on the doc.
