not always.. depends on the kids.. I have a handicap child, and she looks perfectly normal, but she is always sick, and very clean.. its just about there immune system.. sometimes I can see what you're saying, but don't be so quick to judge.. I used to do the same thing until I had to experience it on my own..

Children can just be very nasty in general . I completely understand what you're saying tho . Some parents will let their children walk around with snotty noses & they wipe their nose with their hands & start touching things & people . So the germs spread . It's really disgusting.
