Drink ginger ale or green tea doesn't have to be hot, and you can have any carb or cracker if your throwing up it'll coat your stomach.

@mommygreene, and @xoxoalexusss I went to a restaurant call "this is it" got the Chittlins ate it with some white rice (and of course hot sauce) and tore it UP!!!!! I'm a meat lover anyway and their is certain meats I won't eat (passum, racoon, armedello, etc) but them Chittlins was delicious. I went and got seconds. lol
