yeah I'm 26wk had this since 20wk and sometimes get nose bleeds with it in the morning too 😕 it's caused by hormones and increased blood flow in the blood vessels causing more pressure on the sinuses. Lovely pregnancy symptoms 😊

I had this for awhile and it turned out I had sinusitis x

I can't seem to shift it and now my oh says I'm snoring really bad 😢

I've had this for nearly 2 months now! 😢 it's not fun! X
