Today is my appointment & we need to focus on my high blood pressure, it jumps so high for no reason…

Today is my appointment & we need to focus on my high blood pressure, it jumps so high for no reason & I get so dizzy and flushed I have to lay down and do breathing exercises, I also get nauseated. My doctor is concerned about it but yet ain't doing a damn thing but telling me to keep an eye on it. Like wtf.
