with my unusual spotting (my dr said she did see blood in my discharge) & my cervix being closed does it mean my body is preparing for labor (i havent had sex or anything) i will post the picture again in comments.

well thats what i mentioned to my dr . today & last night I was (still am) having cramping (its coming & going), extreme back pain, body pain & im nauseous. @rika25
