35 weeks as of yesterday. went into pre term labor at 32 weeks where i dialated to 3cm 50% effaced. I tell you it has been a rough and painful 3 weeks nothing but contractions, cramping and lower back pain. my appointment last week they felt the baby's head really low but no cervical changes and they said they are thrilled if the baby makes it to 36 weeks. Has anyone been in a similar situation?? I can't sleep and I'm so uncomfortable!!!

if you were in this situation how long did baby hold off? also have a high risk pregnancy..

how did they find out you were dialated? my doctor just did the fetal fibre test to see if I could go into labor in the next two weeks and it came back negative but I'm having really bad contractions, and in a lot of pain but doctors aren't worried.

mines came back positive. went to the hospital by 12 noon and by 2pm i went from a 1-3. was admitted for 2 days they gave me magnesium to stop the contractions and steroid shots to mature baby's lungs early. after my test came back positive they checked for dilation and seen i was 3cm

so now i keep having false labor signs but i feel baby so low when i walk its only a matter of time before she's here
