My fiancé is going to his daughters therapy tomorrow with the mother of his kids. I'm not mad or questioning why, I'm just .. Idk how to describe it. I know she needs both her parents. To help her. Or atleast for him to know how she's doing. But sometimes I feel like I should just have him do this alone.. Like I second think that I can't be with him. She caused me so much doubt in my relationship. And although it's been a year since, I guess I just can't let it go.. There's going to be more of these therapies, and I feel selfish that I'm putting my feelings on the table when I know I shouldn't.. Idk what's the correct way to feel

I'm going through the same thing, try not to be negative. Therapy is for the child, and both parents should be involved. You, as a step parent, should ask how it's going and try o be involved too, don't think of it as you being pushed out.

I make myself believe that once I'm married I wouldn't feel this way, because I feel like at some point she's going to ask him to get get breakfast together for the kid, or his son is probably going to go to the therapies too and he's going to ask him to go with his mom and them to get pizza .. And he's not going to know what to answer and end up saying yes because he doesn't want to hurt his kids feelings .. @babes87101116 He tells me he won't go, because he knows it's wrong.. But the fact that it'll come out of her.. Because she has proposed that couple of weeks ago and he just said we will see..

You have to trust that he doesn't see her in that light anymore. My boyfriend texts his ex like every day, but I know they're just talking about the kids and random things. They were together for almost 14 years, they have a friendship that probably won't go away. But at the same point, she wont let him see his kids more. So why is he so nice to her??? But I trust him. You have to trust he's just doing it for the kids
