What's the issue though. He's not helping. Intimacy between u 2. He's not bonding with baby. Before u decide anything. Talk to him to see how he feels then decide.

Having a baby is tough and it really puts a strain on relationships at the start. Personally I would give it a bit of time to settle down and maybe have a talk with him to see how he feels x

Me and my partner had the same problem hun. Constantly at each other all the time. Cruel jibes, things we would never normally say to each other. I was considering kicking him out as I couldn't stand the sight of him. And this was the person that was my absolute best friend, my rock. It finally came to a head a couple weeks ago, had a massive long chat that went on for hours with a bottle of wine, both cried. And now we're on top form again. Wouldn't be without him. Like @zaralee71 said give it more time, I really agree with that. I never realised the amount of pressure/strain a baby puts on your relationship. Xx

Yeah that's exactly how me and my partner are now constantly at each others! I am at the point where I want to walk out but I don't want to do that to our son! my partner grew up with hardly seeing his dad and I don't want that I always wanted the happy family stay with the person you had kids with but I'm at my wits end xx

@kaywlaz, Perhaps arrange a evening for you both with a couple bottles of wine and a takeaway? Get a babysitter. Have some time together to talk. Men don't tend to take the initiative to do these things to fix a problem so perhaps you could no matter how much you might dis-like him at the mo. If you've arranged something like that as a surprise it would kind of give him no choice but to talk? Xxx @theasmummy Thankyou so much, I'm chuffed too. Was bloody awful. xxx
